Once we have established that your home will fit into your budget we get plans underway and begin to select quality fixtures and fittings aligned with your tastes, preferences and personality to set your home apart. As part of our service we use a professional Interior Designer to help you select the colour schemes for all aspects of your home in both the interior and exterior.
Throughout the build we have “shopping days” where we take you out and look at the fixtures and fittings selected so you can see exactly how they will look. We use these “shopping days” to confirm selections on flooring, kitchens and joinery, windows, and plumbing ware. It is a really exciting aspect of our process that our clients enjoy. A nice lunch on us is compulsory!

Our team are more than happy to take care of all building consents for you. We are dealing with the local councils on a daily basis and know how stressful this aspect of the build can be if you are not familiar with the building consent process. We offer a 10 Year Masterbuild Guarantee and in some cases the opportunity to enter your completed home in the Masterbuilders House of the Year competition.
